- Involvement of People: QC will engage client subject matter experts, and include collaboration with the COR and the Program Manager, Project Managers (PMs), Subject Matter Experts (SMEs), and Supervisors, and members of the Exceed Team. This is a 360-degree approach which will ensure broad input regarding the effectives of our project delivery.
- Process Approach: Exceed will use a process approach that effectively manages activities and resources. Our experience shows that systematic quality management leads to improved and predictable results, and focuses on improvement pportunities. (Note: our systems approach to management is based on continual improvement through measurement and evaluation.)

DCAA Compliant Cost Accounting System:
- Exceed has a DCAA compliant cost accounting system according to DCAA Cost Accounting Standards (CAS).
Exceed accounting system organizes, direct, indirect and unallowable costs and provides the following benefits-
- Proper segregation of direct costs from indirect costs
- Identification and accumulation of direct costs by contract
- A logical and consistent method for the allocation of indirect costs to intermediate and final cost objectives
- A timekeeping system that identifies employees’ labor by intermediate or final cost objectives
